I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at HealthLabs (Houston, TX) in Feb 2020

    Interview

Its a horrible experience. First,in Aug 2019, They send an email to select time & date to attend the interview, which said, there will be an assessment for 1 hr & nothing more about the entire interview process. As you enter their office, they asked me to sign in on a ipad, ask what position i was interviewing for, just given a laptop & 1 hr to answer all the questions. After that, the HR lady told me that nobody is there to review the answer or talk to me & told me that she'll send an email about the results, which she never did, inspite of my follow up emails asking her about the status. Again, today on 02/19/2020, I went to interview with them for the same position, & met the same HR lady. I asked her about the previous assessment test I had taken & she just said that i have to take the assessment test again. So, I did. Again, she said, there's no body to assess my test & promised to get back to me (all the while telling me that she doesn't know what time the staff is in the office to assess the candidates who have taken the test. Because, I insisted that I need to know the result asap, as I had taken leave from my work to attend this interview. So, very promptly, i got an email in the afternoon, saying that I am not selected as I did not qualify without giving me my test score. Should I trust this HR Lady? There's nobody else of importance to talk to or give you any answers. This person seems to control who gets assessed or not?

My question to this company is, How do you rate people? Based on a test? If so, why isn't the scores given to the candidate? Why isnt the assessment done soon after the test is taken. This company does not value a candidate's time or give respect. They do not care about the person.
