I have been working at HealthPartners full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

My am a union member with great benefits. Best insurance benefits there is. My wife will not allow me to look for different employment because of it.

    Cons

Others are union member and does not appreciate it. Some people do not know how good they have it, because they've never worked any where else.

    Advice to Management

Be willing to listen to people out in the clinics. It's not us vs them.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HealthPartners.

    Interview

It started as a phone screening, then it went to the hiring manager and from there it was a 1:1
interview with a group panel at the end. Overall, the process was average.

by Fran Howard, Gene Rebeck, Lucy Vilankulu, and Suzy Frisch If you wonder why the world needs Wonder Women, ask Gail Cederberg. In the mid-1980s, when Cederberg earned her Ph.D. from Stanford University, she was one of fewer than 200 women to earn an engineering doctorate-about 5 percent of all such doctorates awarded that year.
