    I have been working at HealthPlan Holdings full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    I enjoy the people I work with and being able to work on my own.

    Cons

    Over managing...there is a ridiculous amount of VPs and Managers compared to employees, yet they can't afford to give anyone valid raises. I have been doing work for a position numerous pay grades higher than me for months and have yet to be approved for a promotion or raise.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees that go above and beyond right because they will most likely lose their motivation, as I have.

    I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at HealthPlan Holdings (Tampa, FL) in January 2012.

    Interview

    One phone interview, one interview with hiring manager. Very honest about bare minimum benefits and medium salary. Up front on past company pros and cons. Explained job duties in detail. On boarding was a very smooth process. Benefits started after thirty days of hire date. Secure building, Monday through Friday job.
