Mission: To provide transformative solutions in one of the most complicated industries on the planet – healthcare.
I worked at HealthTrio full-time
Generally good people work for the company, but many operate in fear - wait to be told what to do instead of taking initiative and speaking up for what they believe in. Casual and laid back environment (which can be a blessing and a curse). Monthly Hack Days were the best. Good location in the city.
There are too many egos and not enough heroes, hence mediocrity is the default of the environment. Very few are about COLLABORATION - they talk the talk but never walk the walk. Office politics are too heavy for it to be a small company. People should focus on building instead of backstabbing. Leadership has potential but seems people have lost ambition, drive, individuality, and support. Seems to be a lot of confusion on the direction of the company; executives/leaders are never all in sync and this shows in day-to-day operations.
Advice to Management
Do better! The biggest component of management is PEOPLE. Know your people and treat them well. Everyone is an INDIVIDUAL human being, NOT A NUMBER or object to cater to your ego.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HealthTrio.
Very pleasant, some behavioral and some technical questions. Sat with two department supervisor and a fellow co-worker from the department. Overall the meeting was pleasant. Was called in for a second quick interview with manager and other stakeholders to do more behavioral interview. Got a good vibe from the people I talked to and HR lady raved about the company culture and how nice most of the people were which I could tell.
