Advice to ManagementAs the company continues to grow there needs to be better discretion in how many people or teams need to be involved in every process. It can slow things down and is hard to scale.
InterviewThe interview process was a great experience overall - it involved speaking with their recruiter, completing a code assessment, and having a few zoom meetings with team members and management. The software engineers I met with were especially pleasant to talk with and informative with answering questions I had to help me get to know their day to day and their overall experience of their time at HealthVerity. Throughout the process communication with the recruiter was great so I was never left without an idea of what the next step would entail - the meeting invites included itineraries which was very much appreciated.
