True support and training done almost daily. Everyone is really helpful and genuine. Great diversity and inclusion. I like the transparency about the commission and how you are paid. Unlike other FMO or IMO; you truly are not alone. You can be a great solo producer or build a team; the choice is yours!
Cons
Not really a con unless you've never been 1099 but you have to be prepared for the fluctuation in income until you are consistent.
