The individualsame you take care of are for the most part appreciative. When you're done with all your work, you can relax until your shift is over.
No benefits at all unless part-time. If nobody shows up to relieve you from your shift, you are stuck until supervisor finds someone. The lack of communication and support from the chain of command is apparent .
Advice to Management
Start making sure you make provisions in advance in case of emregencies. Give some sort of incentive, raise or benefits in order to keep staff coming and staying with the company.
