I have been working at HealthcareSource full-time (Less than a year)
I have only been at HealthcareSource for a short time, but the people here have been incredible since day one! Everyone has made me feel welcome and part of the team. I enjoy working remotely and having improved work/life balance. The culture is great... employees get weekly emails from the CEO on what's happening and where we are going. Benefits are top-notch and there are many opportunities for career growth/advancement.
As in most organizations... there is an opportunity to improve remote employee engagement. I don't really see this as a con because HealthcareSource is already focused on initiatives to improve including creating a Client Operations Engagement Team that's made up of employees across the organization.

Throughout my career of interviewing at a variety of businesses, HealthcareSource provided one of the best experiences I've ever encountered! From the very start of the phone screening to the in person one on ones, the people I spoke to shared a genuine interest in me and my experiences. Offering a more of a conversational interview approach around what my experience was and how I think I'd be able to contribute to this role and company. They made me feel comfortable and at ease while I asked clarifying questions around them, the role and the company as well.
I was in awe at the end of the one on one meeting with the team. The HR folks provided clear information around the benefits, values and additional information as a take away, including a "thanks for coming in" gift bag. I was ecstatic to receive a follow up call offering me the opportunity that evening!
