Communities of Practice
Communities of Practice are a key element of our culture. We encourage all of our employees to participate in order to share ideas, collaborate, and innovate!
We offer opportunities for employees to engage socially on the job and participate in charitable activities in the community. Communication is important. Our employees are in the know and involved. In turn, we actively solicit feedback so that we can continue to meet the needs of our employees. In addition to our Open Door policy, our leaders hold weekly Town Hall-style meeting to share company updates and hear what Healthe employees have on their minds.
Our compensation and benefits packages are competitive. As an employee, you’ll have opportunities to build new skills, contribute at a higher level and be more effective through online and offline programs and courses offered by our learning & development department.

I have been working at Healthesystems full-time (More than 5 years)
We are more of a family than a work place. Management has implemented weekly stand ups to confirm we are all on the same page and moving forward. Big strides are being made and positivity is returning
After a year a changes people feel uncertain but plans have been put in place to get HES back where we need to be.
Advice to Management
Stay the course! Continue to move us forward and find new ways to bring us together. HEART does an amazing job but we need a little more departmental mixing.

2 hour interview with various teams in the company. Behavioral and technical questions, mostly on java and Spring. Not scary at all, gave you enough time to answer and helped you if you got stuck anywhere. Good to know the core values
