Healthfirst’s mission is focused on providing outstanding care to its members. You can really get behind that. It also has a transformational IT department and growing business focused on people.
With growth comes a lot of change and opportunities. The opportunity that comes with the change is good while the change can be challenging at times.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Healthfirst (New York) (New York, NY) in December 2018.
Coding Interview, their coding person seemed kinda new but he sat me down on his laptop and watched me while I coded. He also asked me to write down my thought process as I was doing it. But first, had to answer a video interview, consisted of nne questions about my personality.
