Smaller consulting company. I usually always can get ahold of my travel of expense person. I dont really ever have any issues with them.

Terrible at planing travel to fit your needs. They only care about cost and not about you. Dont budge on expenses at all even thouugh they make good money off of us. Never check in to see how the job

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Healthtech Consultants (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2018

Went through one phone interview, a skills assessment, and an in person interview.

The phone interview was more about getting to know me, my background and skills.

The skills assessment asked for samples of previous work, focusing on: project management, Excel modeling, PowerPoint.

After they deem that you have the base skills required, you will be called in for an in-person interview with the manager/director that you would be working under. They asked questions that dove into specifics related to my resume as well as general fit questions.

This all happened within the span of a couple weeks, with me getting an offer a few days after my final interview.

What is your technique in how you manage client expectations while balancing the project scope?
