Great people, location and culture. Good development opportunities. Respectful environment based on solid cultural pillars. Changing paradigms in Healthcare contribute to a market that's in transition which makes it both fun and challenging/stimulating.
Organizational changes are contributing to very heavy workloads. Difficult to onboard quickly due to product, technology, market, etc.. complexities. resource constrained.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Healthwise in April 2015.
I applied online and was contacted by an HR representative within a few weeks for an initial phone screening. She said I would be contacted by someone else within a few days to set up an interview. The next person called me a few days later and we scheduled a phone interview with a hiring manager. The day and time of the interview came and went and I never heard from them. They stood me up for the interview. Three weeks later I got a generic "thanks but no thanks" email from HR. I never called them about the interview since they obviously don't value a candidate's time.
