I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Healthy Back Institute (New York, NY) in Sep 2022

    Interview

Either the recruiter just did a horrible job relaying the what is expected of the candidate for this role or the CEO is as described in other reviews. In my personal opinion its both.
They're expecting someone to come in there and basically know their company like the back of their hand. Understanding a software like JIRA in and out doesn't mean someone is going to come in there and give you the information they need without understanding what the company goals and objectives are.
Honestly a backwards company. There website says it all, its still in the 90s. I was already on the edge about following up with the interview because the website is so outdated. A company that doesn't adapt to the current trends in a red flag.
"Last, we do "hire slow and fire fast"... so if 4 months is too slow for you, then you aren't right for us. We like to put the right person into the role and ideally, the first time... and this is part of the reason we have such a high hiring success rate and low turnover, with most team members having been here for an average of 5 years.
Again, I apologize if your experience wasn't excellent but hopefully this reply has changed it, at least somewhat.
And last, I do wish you the best :)"
This is a comment from the CEO from a previous review.
With the way my interview went and the way the message was conveyed, definitely doesn't match what you're saying.
Don't waste people time by putting out job posts that doesn't match up to what you're expecting. I was definitely misled by the opportunity that was posted.
You will truly miss out on great talent that will come your way.
Not saying its me that you're missing out on because I know there are more qualified people out there, but to me it makes sense why your website looks the way it does.
    Good Luck.
