Interview
This process was absolutely terrible, possibly the worst interview process I’ve gone through to date. The recruiter had me take several online assessments (5-7 or so), that check your skills, strengths, personality etc. Several rounds of interviews (I did around 10 hours of interviewing in total). I had to submit specific copy samples that I also spent time on (unpaid). The length of time between interviews was about 10 days. A total waste of time. This company advertises that they “take hiring very seriously”, but this feels like a disclaimer that allows them to have such a terrible hiring practice.InterviewCopy samples How I work with others What kind of company I want to work for
