I worked at Healthy Directions full-time
Many good, smart people working there, and the office is new. Products are legit. Policies are relatively flexible regarding work-life balance, if you ask for it.
Can be very political, with a low tolerance for negativity and questioning direction. Often people are asked to do so many things that it's hard to be genuinely good/innovative at any one of them. Getting projects prioritized can be a challenge, but there is opportunity if you can fight your way through the bottleneck.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Healthy Directions (Rockville, MD).
The interview process was quick. I applied was called and had a 1:1 interview with Human Resources. I was flown in and had a series of interviews during the course of the day; Human Resources, some peers, VP of Online Marketing and CMO. Following the interview I was told it would take a few weeks. A few weeks later I was offered the position.
