I worked at Heart English School part-time
I already was in Japan and looked for just a part time job teaching. They took me although I had only little experience.
Seemed to be quite disorganized, but I didn't interact with anyone from the company other than for the payment.
I applied online. I interviewed at Heart English School in September 2017.
I interviewed with Kent; the whole interview was easy going. (mostly was him talking and giving information about the job). As everyone mentioned on here, he did ask me to do a demo lesson about emotions (sad, happy, angry, etc...). I sang him a song and let me tell you, SINGING HELPS! I got the job. My advice is to be friendly, smiley, and most importantly, show him that you are flexible. I asked him what are some important traits to have in order to be successful at this job and he said being flexible is very important.
