I have been working at Heatcraft Refrigeration Products full-time (Less than a year)
One of the good thing about the organization is the people. Everyone is nice and also the benefits are pretty good in the industry. The cultural diversity is pretty good, and they care about employees.
The organization is complicated for a newcomer in the industry. Hardcore engineering terms would make you crazy, but with a bit of engineering background, it may become easier. Since the organization is big, every decision is taken after long due diligence which I felt is delaying many actions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Heatcraft Refrigeration Products (Atlanta, GA) in February 2016.
Applied online through my university. I was contacted about a week later and we scheduled an interview on campus. They were very friendly during the interview. They brought a booklet or brochure and went over the position details and then asked several questions.
