I worked at Heathrow Airport full-time (More than 8 years)

Shift work meant I still had a life after work, shopping discount in terminals food.

Going to bed at 8am and up at 3am - after a while it takes it toll.

    Advice to Management

People are the strength of any business - Heathrow forgot that a Long time ago.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Heathrow Airport (Auckland (New Zealand)) in February 2017.

Schedule was tight and tasks were tough.
    1. the first part was groups activity they give us a scenario about living in a foreign planet and we each received a note stated our professions. we have to discuss with the other members and present our ideas of who should be taking to the planet and why.
    2. the second part is the role play, one of the interviewer will take you to a separate room they give mimic the scenarios of some situation that might happen at work and how u deal with different kinds tough customers.
    3. General questions about why u applied for this position and how you can contribute to this company.
