I have been working at Heidelberg Engineering full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I was hired at the end of 2015 for in CSR position. I was nervous at first because I left my previous job from over 8 years of employment. I couldn't be happier. Great benefits, excellent vacation package, plentiful holidays all at a super casual and comfortable atmosphere. Lots of little events to boost moral. I am able to work at my own pace. Management staff holds weekly, sometimes 3 times a week meetings to try and stay on the same page with changes and maintain the same goal. I can honestly see myself working here long term.

    Cons

    None that I think of

    Advice to Management

You're doing a great job at recognizing employees strengths and helping them where improvement is needed. Keep it up.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Heidelberg Engineering (Franklin, MA) in November 2015.

    Interview

Very rushed interview and brief conversation (the only interview in the process - 60 minutes). The suspicious part was that they were in a hurry to make an offer (which I got within 2 hrs after interview). The offer was exactly what I asked and no negotiation. Later I found out that they were rushing to get as many people hired as possible to fill in a gap left by 20+ people whom left the company earlier in the year. A detail which was left un-said during the interview. Also the benefits were completely inadequate. No 401K matching and health insurance policy based on CA state not MA state.
