I have been working at HelloWorld full-time (More than 3 years)
First and foremost, the company culture is amazing. It's a mix of fun and flexibility needed in today's workplace. HelloWorld "gets it" in terms of benefits, work/life balance, communication, openness, management style, etc. The workforce is diverse on all levels, and the pay is fair. Review processes are candid and beneficial. The work we do is sometimes difficult, but it's also cutting edge and ultimately fun and rewarding.
The commute to Southfield can be long for some, depending on where you live. Otherwise, there aren't many cons.

Phone interview, 2nd interview with team leads, 3rd and final interview with directors. Very laid back and casual. They give you a tour of the office on the 2nd interview before they sit you down with the team leads.
