    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Hellocomputer full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A lot of great people and bar nights are fun

    Cons

Ever since the agency was acquired by FCB the quality of work that is output has been steadily declining.

Completely out of touch management from FCB's side, they are clueless about the dynamics of the agency and hiring decisions seem to be made by faceless individuals no one has met who are simply looking at numbers

They simply do not care about retaining and nurturing talent and have let the agency bleed out all exceptional employees without caring, which has been slowly turning Hellocomputer into a very average agency churning out very average work. Very disappointing and frustrating as HC used to be always putting out exceptional work and constantly pushing boundaries with great ideas.

Culture is slowly dying and being replaced with corporate mediocrity.

    Advice to Management

Get a clue about how much exceptional talent has walked out the door and have a stronger focus on nurturing people who will do exceptional work. Nurture a more inventive environment as opposed to trying to strip away an atmosphere of creativity.

The bottom-line will suffer greatly if you don't look forward and create a stronger focus on nurturing those who will push boundaries with their work.

Understand the culture as opposed to just making hiring decisions from afar.

Look back at what HC was and try re-ignite that vision and maybe you will see great work coming from it again.
