I have been working at Helm360 full-time (More than a year)
The company has a friendly atmosphere and upper management do their part to try and be friendly and welcoming to employees. There are interns and new groups of people being trained frequently, so there's always someone new to talk with and learn from.
Friendly environment doesn't equal productive or well managed. Though upper management tries to keep things friendly, even working to ensure blames doesn't go to the employees, this can create issues with performing actual work. Management often won't see or follow through on addressing issues and work isn't divided as evenly as one would like.
Advice to Management
Follow through on changes or requested steps for different departments to take. Protecting employees is good, but when they never take responsibility it can cause divides among the workers.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Helm360 (Noida (India)) in March 2016.
there were two technical rounds and 1 HR round. The senior technical person who took second round was very nice and asked very good questions. HR asked many questions relating to my work experience and salary. i think HR Manager was checking my communication skills closely as she was very carefully listening to me. People at Helm speak very good english. 2nd interview through skype with onsite manager. asked me few questions related to my field. then hr called for salary discussion and i was offered job.
