    The business model is great if you're a self motivated salesperson with a need to work remotely.

    Cons

    100% commission only model is difficult for those who do not have the financial backing to support that.

    Application

    I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at HelmsBriscoe (Scottsdale, AZ) in November 2019.

    Interview

    The process was pretty normal. Applied on indeed. The first interview went very well. It was a bit disorganized with a variety of members of the corporate team coming in to the interview. That was fine and everyone was very friendly. The second interview was with the person who would have been my superior the CEO and the COO. All were very nice. Told me I did great and they loved me, they even started to discuss when I would put in my two weeks at my current job and everything. This all happened November 2019. Of which they told me they would make an official decision by beginning of December. I heard nothing, followed up and then they told me they would make a decision at the end of December, heard nothing, followed up again and they told me they would make an official decision in January, I decided that was the last time I was going to follow up and continued my job search elsewhere.

    Considering that they literally acted like I got the job, talked about me putting in my two weeks and everything to then not call or reach out when they picked another individual or took the axe to the job was absolutely beyond unprofessional.
