    Pros

-Not really worth mentioning other than the location and ample parking space.

    Cons

    -Work is not riveting
    -Employees are underpaid
-Management is insulated from employees concerns
-No collegiality in this company , just handful of people exercising their authority and dumping the entire workload on the remaining majority
-Benefits : Nothing except the basic health coverage which is also a slim one unlike other employers who provide a solid health plan.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HelpSTAR (Oakville, ON (Canada)).

    Interview

The interview process is the first of many lies and scams. They will tell you that you can work from home and when you try to negotiate salary or vacation, they will tell you that in 6 months you will be up for review and can negotiate at that point. These are both lies.

    Interview Questions

    • there were none, this company is so desperate for talent because of turnover that they will basically hand you a job while making as many empty promises as they can to get you to accept.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

Lies, They will tell you that you can work from home and when you try to negotiate salary or vacation, they will tell you that in 6 months you will be up for review and can negotiate at that point. These are both lies.
