ProsI enjoyed my time at Hengst. I gained extensive knowledge in the automotive industry.
ConsI had to change shifts several times. This really wasn't an issue for me but some may consider it to be a "con".
Advice to ManagementOverall, Management was as helpful as possible.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hengst Automotive (Camden, SC) in Oct 2016
InterviewThe interview was with both the human resources manager and the senior financial manager at their office, both appeared to be done for the day before I arrived. The senior financial manager barely made eye contact and did not appear to want to spend much time with the interview.
The main questions revolved around work experience, "walk us through your resume".1 Answers
