Henley has acquired 25 service centers in San Diego county. With this huge addition, we have some exciting promotions:
- Andrew Moore: promoted to Area Manager in the San Diego area. Andrew has significant quick lube experience and joined the Henley family as a Service Center Manager when Henley acquired 3 Oil Can Henley locations in Orange County. Andrew fast tracked through our training program and was assigned to run our Upland CA service center. He then transferred closer to home and run the Redlands CA service center until his recent promotion.
- Ronald Bratton: promoted to Area Manager in Orange County. Ronnie comes from a background of sales and warehouse work. He started his journey into the quick lube business with EZ lube in 2011 and joined the Henley family shortly after. Naturally great with customers, he worked himself from an entry-level technician to taking over his first store as Service Center Manager in Yorba Linda. He then ran the Costa Mesa location, and most recently Huntington Beach. He's proved brings high performance to anywhere he goes!

We have officially opened our newest service center in Southern California located in San Diego County. This brings our store count to 86 in Southern California, 6 in Northern California, with a bunch of new service centers opening next week as well (updates to follow).
Congrats to our new Service Center Manager, Victor Mercado and team. And a big thank you to everyone else involved in the process to get the store up and running!

Ronnie comes from a background of sales and warehouse work. He started his journey into the quick lube business with EZ Lube in 2011 and joined the Henley family when Henley acquired EZ Lube shortly after. He was initially hired as an entry-level technician and worked his way up to become a successful service center manager. Ronnie first become the Service Center Manager in Yorba Linda, and then moved to Costa Mesa and most recently Huntington Beach. He successfully completed the MUM (Multi-Unit Manager) Program, a training program that develops current Service Center Managers to become successful Area Managers.
Now, Ronnie has been promoted to Area Manager in Orange County. He has proved time and time again that he can bring high performance and "making our jobs fun and safe" to anywhere he goes! We are confident in Ronnie's ability to succeed in his new role. Thank you!

Oilympics: Every year, Valvoline hosts a National Competition called Oilympics, where teams from across the nation come together to compete to be the best. Oilympics fosters healthy competition and gives employees a chance to test their skills and see which stores have the fastest and most accurate oil changes. It also gives employees a chance to meet and interact with other team members from stores across the nation!
The Jimmy Fund: Henley Enterprises has committed to giving back to our community by partnering with the Jimmy Fund to raise money for cancer research. At the 35th annual Scooper Bowl, the world’s largest all-you-can eat ice cream festival, Valvoline Instant Oil Change raised more than $500,000 for the Jimmy Fund, which supports adult and pediatric cancer care and research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. National Breast Cancer Foundation: Every October, Breast Cancer Awareness month, Valvoline Instant Oil Change partners with Autotex PINK to raise funds and increase awareness for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. During the whole month of October, our stores sell pink windshield wipers. We have raised over $55,000 since 2012.

I applied online. I interviewed at Henley Enterprises.
Interview was short and sweet. I really like when the interviewer and i connect and it's not just about my resume. He wanted to know more about my personality and other characteristics versus the time line of my past work experience. I'm still waiting on drug test results and background before i proceed.
None existent unfortunately. Pay is extremely low.
