Company Updates

  • We are excited to announce that the Bel Air, MD store is NOW OPEN! This marks the 30th location in operation for the Mid Atlantic region, which is a huge milestone. Congratulations and good luck to our Bel Air manager, Vinny and his hard-working team. We know Bel Air will be another huge success.

  • The New England team is very excited to announce the promotion of Timson Babbitt to Area Manager! Tim will be a new Area Manager for Henley service centers in the Rhode Island area. Tim joined Henley in 2003 as an entry-level technician in our East Warwick location. He was promoted to Service Center Manager in 2006 in the Rhode Island market. He has spent more than the last decade in our Milford MA location driving that location to tremendous success. Tim's lead by example approach with customer service has built the Milford location to be the preferred oil change service provider in the area. A huge congrats and well wishes to Timson on a well-deserved promotion! Henley is lucky to have you!

Meet Ronnie:


Ronnie comes from a background of sales and warehouse work. He started his journey into the quick lube business with EZ Lube in 2011 and joined the Henley family when Henley acquired EZ Lube shortly after. He was initially hired as an entry-level technician and worked his way up to become a successful service center manager. Ronnie first become the Service Center Manager in Yorba Linda, and then moved to Costa Mesa and most recently Huntington Beach. He successfully completed the MUM (Multi-Unit Manager) Program, a training program that develops current Service Center Managers to become successful Area Managers.

Now, Ronnie has been promoted to Area Manager in Orange County. He has proved time and time again that he can bring high performance and "making our jobs fun and safe" to anywhere he goes! We are confident in Ronnie's ability to succeed in his new role. Thank you!

Oilympics: Every year, Valvoline hosts a National Competition called Oilympics, where teams from across the nation come together to compete to be the best. Oilympics fosters healthy competition and gives employees a chance to test their skills and see which stores have the fastest and most accurate oil changes. It also gives employees a chance to meet and interact with other team members from stores across the nation!

Community Involvement:

The Jimmy Fund: Henley Enterprises has committed to giving back to our community by partnering with the Jimmy Fund to raise money for cancer research. At the 35th annual Scooper Bowl, the world’s largest all-you-can eat ice cream festival, Valvoline Instant Oil Change raised more than $500,000 for the Jimmy Fund, which supports adult and pediatric cancer care and research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. National Breast Cancer Foundation: Every October, Breast Cancer Awareness month, Valvoline Instant Oil Change partners with Autotex PINK to raise funds and increase awareness for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. During the whole month of October, our stores sell pink windshield wipers. We have raised over $55,000 since 2012.

    No automotive experience needed, great benefits including awesome 401K match and educational assistance, competitive pay, truly live their vision and values. Always focuses on the employees first and gives great opportunity to grow into a management position and make a career.


    Very repetitive- The process is fantastic but is very repetitive. Some people do not like this, but many do. Environmental conditions can become stressful. It's an open garage environment, so when it is hot, cold, windy, rainy, ect- you are in those conditions.

    Advice to Management

    Continue doing what you're doing.

    I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Henley Enterprises in January 2018.


    I was contacted by phone hours after I applied. I was told some details about the job and set up an interview with the general manager, the interview was with GM and 2 other managers at the same time. It was a very comfortable meeting. Was instructed to wait for a job proposal by email, which after accepting the offer the next steps were detailed (Background and drug test)
