    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Heritage Home Healthcare (Albuquerque, NM) in September 2014.

    Interview

Initially, the recruiter will do an initial screening to determine interest in the position, etc. There is also a personality test that can be done online. Then, they begin a series of behavior-based interviews with the COO, HRD, and CEO. Interviews may be in the form of a group, but are most likely by individual with similar interview questions. The company values are also very important to the organization as the foundation for their acceptance of you as a candidate. Fit with the corporate culture is necessary, as the organization does a good job of trying to live these values.

    Interview Questions

    • Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer of client. What was the situation? What did you do? What was the result?   Answer Question
