Not a con - It is a demanding job, no matter what position you're in the expectations are likely high but pay and incentives are fair and competitive. High expectations drives the business forward. Hero wants to be the best so if you're not committed to that mission as an employee you're going to feel left out of the culture and community. People who can't adapt to change will struggle.

Interview
Interview process was lovely. Really great at the reeling you in with the razzle and dazzle. HOWEVER. After having a phone interview, then an in person interview, and a 3 hour long shadowing: I was basically ghosted. I was told the compensation and even what hours I would be working. Then I was told they would be back in touch with me after having a final conversation. I never got a call or email about interest or disinterest. I was also to told to email or call with any questions while I was waiting on a response. I sent a question and follow up email with absolutely no response. They ask for transparency and then aren’t transparent. Then don’t have consideration for the time spent on interviewing. Not to mention the level of unprofessionalism by saying one thing and then doing the complete opposite. Disappointing.InterviewWhat drew you to this position.
