I have been working at HexaCorp full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

It is almost 6yrs that I'm in good terms with HexaCorp. All folks at any level are really reachable at any point. This helps them in understanding each individual cases and suggest right things. And they provide live environment access to learn new technologies. Compensation on time. Never got delayed. Stick to their commitments.

    Cons

Sometimes I feel that my compensation is a bit less than Market, when I talk to someone from other employers. But I don't know about how it works for other employees in HexaCorp. May be better.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HexaCorp (Somerset, NJ) in February 2015.

    Interview

Run of the mill interview. Talked to 2 senior management. The head IT solutions and Operations. Pretty much just give your solid background and where you can grow in the field.

They try to make it as non-tension as possible ,but at the same time try to describe what you want of a company like this who specialize in consulting in fields such as Sharepoint, Big Data Hortonworks, .NET, etc

    Interview Questions

    • What skill would you apply to the field the most? (I had two choices to be a programmer or Data Analyst route)   Answer Question
