Morris Park is gearing up for their annual Health Fair! The HLA-Morris Park Health Fair is a great way to learn more and better ways to keep yourself and your family healthy. We partner with over a dozen different local health organizations, which come to our school to answer questions and hand out information about their services. At Hiawatha, we serve the whole child, so of course we care about the health of our students. We want all our students, and their families, to be healthy, happy, and whole. And beyond that, health and learning are indelibly linked. If a child is hungry or has a painful tooth or doesn’t know how to manage their emotions, they will be too distracted to learn. So, mark your calendars for March 29th and come visit us at HLA-MP where you can learn more about keeping your family healthy. Because healthier families, are happier families.
