I worked at Hickory Farms full-time

    Pros

Great hours. Flexible schedule. Will hire ANYONE.

    Cons

Standing on feet all day. People quitting often. Not enough staff. Management could be better.

    Advice to Management

Make sure your managers/supervisors know a thing or two bout what it means to manage.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Hickory Farms (Chicago, IL) in May 2017.

    Interview

I had applied online via LinkedIn and received follow up email about a week later asking to schedule an interview. The first interview was rescheduled to a few days later - it was an initial phone interview. The questions were abrupt and no introduction or explanation or opportunity to ask questions.
