reasonable reputation in the market - little do they know!
very much a " we have always done it this way culture and we are not changing"
no training, no clear structure. No encouragement particularly if your face didn't fit. High staff absences. People allowed to come and go as they please.Only a few good billing consultants, lots of consultants that underperform (and are very rude to newcomers) and are allowed to get away with it.
Horrible old fashioned offices with no air con.
Advice to Management
put some structure in place and make quicker decision on the bad performers.
move offices or spend money on a refurb
