Large company with lots of opportunity for growth. Ability to transfer to properties. Diversified folio of hotels with lots of legacy branches. Locations throughout the United States. Great staff!
Not enough training for managers to learn about new tools/methods in the hospitality industry
Advice to Management
Provide more training from the top down. Add a rotation program so managers can rotate between other Highgate properties.
I applied online. I interviewed at Highgate Hotels in May 2017.
Received a call from HR one week after applying. A skype interview was arranged for the next day with the HR Manager and Hiring Manager. A follow up interview with the Departmental Director was then arranged for 2 weeks later.
