Positive environment, acknowledged accomplishments, provided information and tools needed to succeed in your responsibilities. Supported furthering education/knowledge either for current position or to further career. Communication between company divisions was growing.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Highmark Health (Camp Hill, PA) in May 2018.
Interview was very nice and personable. Three people interviewed and asked me some puzzles but mainly personal experience was focused on. Very good group of people. Personal skills go a long way at this place.
