I have been working at Hill College part-time (More than 10 years)
Small 2 year college allowing intimate classes. Most employees/professors are friendly and care about student success.
Too much "in the box" thinking. Growth is stunted because of archaic IT system. employees who want to do things like "they've always been done." Not enough cultural competency.
Advice to Management
Take a look at your competition and how they do some things. Prepare for growth, hire "out of the box" personnel. Teach employees cultural competency. Treat satellite campuses as part of the system.
