    Pros

Great benefits and fun company culture. The managers really do care about growth opportunities. You're set up for success and beyond.

    Cons

Starting pay in Media is extremely low, but I think the pay is relatively the same across all agencies in that department.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hill Holliday.

    Interview

I applied in January, heard back in February, interviewed with HR in the end of February, and got the internship in April. I thought there would be 2nd round interviews from my interview, but there weren't.

    Interview Questions

    • The interview was very casual and informative. The interviewer makes you feel at home and very comfortable. If you know yourself and know why you want to be doing advertising, you should be fine.   Answer Question
