I worked at Hill International full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Best company I have ever worked for. They value their employees, especially their credentials. Any certifications you have, the want to ensure you keep, which is good for the employee, company and especially its customers. They are worldwide.

You can talk to anyone in the company at any level. They are very open and will always help you in anyway that they can.

The thing I liked the best, was that they gave you all the tools you needed to do your job, had policies and procedures in place to make your life easier (especially if you have to travel a lot) and they let you do your job. They trust you to do your job, and they do to micromanage you. I highly recommend them no matter what field or department you work in.

    Cons

Small things. And I mean just the little things that happen at any corporation: an occasional breakdown in communication, changes in systems or administrative issues. Again, not on major things, and these things happen at any workplace. They really do their best to make it a great company to work for.

    Advice to Management

Keep up what you are doing.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hill International (Boston, MA) in January 2017.

    Interview

Typical interviewing process, met with three people at once. It was really enjoyable, they were easy to talk to and went over the position in depth. Asked about myself, what I currently do. Went through my resume and asked about my previous experiences. I asked them questions and they were able to explain it well.
