    Pros

Brilliant group of professionals, fun work culture and good way to network. Lots of really interesting work and good way to learn really quickly at the start of your career. Some of the most interesting files I have ever worked on.

    Cons

I worked constantly and often 15+ hours plus weekends which means that since I was on salary, I was making less than minimum wage. I left after I found out they were promoting people and not giving them raises. They only had one finance person when I was there and when she left on stress leave, they moved one of the budgets over to me (zero finance experience/zero excel experience) and then I got yelled at when I mixed something up. They laid off loyal/hardworking employees with no warning or communication to clients or other staff. In ither offices you would have to ask people in other offices to go check if someone was at their desk still/employed if you didnt hear back. I had times where I booked vacation and last minute they would tell I'd need to cancel or take my computer with me work the entire time (no extra compensation or time off). Only 2 weeks total of vacation where you were still always working. Very toxic working relationships as well.

Interview process was very clear. Two rounds of interviews, and the second contained a task and presentation back to senior team members. Everyone was nice but clear in their expectations.
