Fair and equal opportunities for every employee, management always has an open door policy, staff is treated like family, and management is open to new and innovative ideas. It is truly a pleasure to wake up and come to work knowing you are a valued member of the team and appreciated daily. Upper management is always respectful, approachable and fair; work/home life balance is perfect and it is an honor to work for this wonderful company!

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hill Manufacturing (Columbia, SC) in December 2015.

My first interview was over the phone with the company's recruiting director. She was friendly, funny, personable, she explained the job in full detail and made sure to include the good, bad and the ugly. She was up front and honest about commission, what was expected of a sales rep and made me feel at ease with making a career move. I didn't feel pressured, she let me ask questions and by the end of the almost hour long phone interview, I felt like I knew everyone in the company personally. I don't like phone interviews but this particular recruiter made the interview process seamless, she made me feel comfortable and followed up with me after my face to face interview with the territory manager.
