Office is near the heart of downtown. Constantly learning and projects are always interesting and projects are never the same.
Low Salary and hardly any bonuses. No room for advancement. At time some principal level people would take credit for the great work that other designers do. It is a shark tank world when it comes to design recognition.
Advice to Management
Everyone wants to do well and excel. Managements need to award and froster talents by provide better compensation, supports, and saw recognition.
