Hilton University

Hilton University (HU) is a virtual, global university that offers an extensive training curriculum to provide each Team Member across our organization with direct access to the right skills, knowledge and learning experiences to be successful.  There are more than 2,500 different courses that are delivered through classroom training, e-learning, webinars, e-books, live and taped programs, on-the-job development experiences, social learning and apps. Curriculum is offered through five distinct Colleges:

Hotel College: Hotel management and Team Members study brand standards, compliance and other topics to enable our hotels to meet and exceed expectations.

Owners College: Hotel owners and franchisees receive training on brand standards, compliance and other topics to enable our properties to meet and exceed expectations.

Commercial College: Sales, revenue management, eCommerce, reservations and other commercial services Team Members learn how to maximize revenue and leverage global marketing programs.

Leadership College: Senior leaders receive a curriculum of executive and leadership development programs and experiences to ensure a ready, best-in-class leadership pipeline.

General Studies College: All Hilton Team Members, supervisors and managers have access to a variety of training programs and learning experiences that enable ongoing career development.

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is also available to Hilton senior leaders who want a unique opportunity to explore options, test out ideas, while gaining clarity and self-insight. Coaching offers feedback and guidance in real time, helping leaders utilize their strengths and enhance their skills.

    Great work/life balance, interesting work, great people. Company is very diverse.

    Cons

    Like any large company, projects can take very long to take off and complete.

    Advice to Management

    Continue focus on work/life balance initiatives. It is definitely something that makes the company stand out among potential employers.

    He sent me forms to fill after filling I scanned and sent them back
    After few days I got a positive response
    Though I failed to raise money for the Visa
    And the time provided was very little ( one month
