    I have been working at Hinda Incentives full-time

    Pros

    Good leadership: the President has a long history in the industry, is creative and holds a strong strategic vision for Hinda, is willing to invest in our clients and partnerships, really cares about the people, and puts out a lot of effort to make it a fun place to work for people, he's doesn't put up with a lot of B.S. and holds people accountable (which is good). I think Hinda is a better and more exciting place to work than when it was family owned. We were stuck in the 'old way's' but I think new leadership has worked hard to make Hinda a strong industry contender once again -- thanks to ongoing investment, vision, strategy and implementation.

    Cons

    Like any business -- there are downsides and I think the downsides at Hinda are similar to any other business: lots going on and, being a client-driven organization things can get crazy. But I think most people are putting in normal hours (8:00 - 5:00) -- not excessive. Really good people working at Hinda (in all areas) -- and, for the most part, I think people really want to succeed and help our clients succeed. People care about what they do. The company tries to create a fun work environment. And, of course, you have the people who just want to come to work, do their job, and go home -- and that's to be expected in any organization. You need those people, too.

    Like any other company, I think there are some people who are inherently unhappy and disgruntled and have a sense of entitlement and, honestly, are the ones that don't want to work that hard. Some think they should be promoted even though they've done nothing to 'earn' it, haven't demonstrated any 'over-and-above' type of behavior, and are tied to the clock. I also think there are career opportunities -- but in a company the size of Hinda, it doesn't happen over night. But anyone can continue to grow and learn and be ready when the opportunity presents itself -- if they choose it.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing. It feels like we are on the right path.
