    I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at Hindalco (Jacksonville, NC) in April 2015.

    I had to add the manager to my contacts on yahoo messenger. Once he added me, we had the online interview. He asked me very important questions that showed him whether or not I would be a good candidate for his company and job offer.
