    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hinge Health (United States) in Dec 2022

    Interview

    The process was straightforward and overall very pleasant. It started with a standard phone screen with HR. Then I was asked to complete an at-home coding assessment. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager. Then the final, virtual onsite interview consisted of four interviews with product/design, engineers, and managers where the only coding is updating/explaining your at-home coding assessment. Communication with HR was spectacular during the whole process. The interviewers were never attempting to make you stumble over tricky questions. The interviews were conversational, and you're able to get an understanding of what it's like to work there.
