I have been working at Hire Velocity full-time (Less than a year)
This company is wonderful to work for, and by far the most accommodating company I've ever worked at. Leadership works to make sure everyone is happy with their current roles, and will work with employees on their career paths. Management is constantly working to improve incentives (monetary, work-life balance, company culture, etc). There is a vibe in the office that wasn't there before, most everyone is energized and on board with the changes.
Also, the building is in a great location. Plus they offer covered parking, a cafeteria, a gym (freshly remodeled with new equipment), and locker rooms.
The negative reviews on Glassdoor are from employees that are not on board with the changes and are not willing to put in the work required. Accountability is key at Hire Velocity, and if you aren't putting in the work, you will be held accountable for it.
Advice to Management
Please continue helping us achieve our goals and pushing us. Keep bringing the change, those of us that are exciting about it will stay loyal and want to grow with Hire Velocity and the changes being made!

Quick and painless, easy going, but you must be ambitious and willing to jump in on any needed project. Must be able to self adapt and research what you need to know.
