The management encourages creativity and initiative.
The top management remains a little out of touch. They keep a very low profile and most employees are in the dark about the company's direction. There has been a lot of turnover at the senior levels and many positions remain vacant. This is a major concern to all employees
Advice to Management
Fill vacant positions. When too many are left vacant, staff wonder about the financial stability of the company and look for other jobs, making the problem worse.

I was asked a lot of thought provoking and interesting questions, though most were typical interview questions. The manager of the team was there and carefully crafted questions that helped to identify strengths and weaknesses, teachability, etc
