  • "Hired is growing much faster than LinkedIn (no doubt from a much smaller base). 'In 2017, we saw 300% growth in bookings. We have grown from 5 employees in 2013 to over 200 employees across the globe, with 140 of those employees sitting in our San Francisco headquarters. We have over 10,000 companies using our platform to hire including Dropbox, Zuora, WeWork, Nordstrom and http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQqOL,' said Patel."

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hired (San Francisco, CA).

    Interview

Interviewing at Hired was honestly a breath of fresh air. There was a consistent theme of transparency from my first introduction, all the way through wrapping up the process. I had the opportunity to meet with a super diverse panel and left with a strong cross-functional perspective having met with people from multiple departments. Most importantly, each interviewer was well prepared for each of my interviews and asked more relevant questions that I've seen at any company. It is refreshing to see that even as you interview with people outside of the department you may be directly working on, each person had a clear understanding of what success looks like for the position.

I felt challenged, gained a comprehensive and diverse view of the role I was interviewing for, and walked away with an incredibly positive opinion of the company.
