I have been working at Hireology full-time (Less than a year)

As a company that is in a high growth stage there are natural and minor growth pains that come with that, but the team is proactive about those and are making the steps to maintain who we are as a company and our 'why".

Keep doing what you are doing.
Continue to develop employees and help them feel empowered so we can practice what we preach and build the best team possible.
This process took a while. After the initial application I didn't hear anything back for almost 6 weeks. After that I had a brief phone screen, then a video call with two developers talking about my tech experience and opinions on different technologies. This was followed by another call with the VP, which was also more behavioral than technical, and that was it. After the initial delay they were very responsive and everyone I talked to seemed like very nice people
