Benefit from overtime hours and has great health insurance, 401k, and many opportunities for career advancement. Travel opportunities are plentiful.
Work 7 days a week leaves a person tired. Especially, if traveling to work location and at busy restaurants. Franchisees are contractors with no benefits, including health insurance.
