I worked at Hitchiner Manufacturing full-time (More than 3 years)
good pay. good coworkers, break time and good benefits
boring, monotonous, dirty. little opportunity for advancement
Advice to Management
more advancement opportunities, be more fair
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Hitchiner Manufacturing (Milford, NH) in May 2016.
I rotated through many mini-interviews with different managers, as well as with employees who had started at the position I was applying for. I then got to take a tour of the two facilities. It was very cool to be able to meet with and get views from people at all levels of the company.
