At Hobsons, we want our employees to feel welcome and engaged with the work they do. Our team works hard, celebrates our successes and enjoys each-others company. We host regular company-wide events, recognize our employees during our annual awards event and quarterly town halls, promote employee health, and actively work toward bettering our community by giving back to educators and students. We're proud of our people and continue to seek great individuals to take Hobsons to the next-level.
Hobsons employees are proud to give back to the communities we serve. Our internal employee organization, Hobsons United Giving to Students (HUGS), sponsors several projects on DonorsChoose.org, allowing Hobsons to support a classroom and build a future for students and teachers in need.
In addition to HUGS, we host quarterly town hall service projects. For the past decade we have participated in Adopt-A-Class, an organization that connects us to a local classroom. We hold various activities throughout the year with the class and provide mentorship and friendship to the students. Throughout all service projects Hobsons participates in, our goal remains the same: to have a positive impact on students and improve education.
Recognizing the hard work and success of our employees is important to us at Hobsons. Each year, we host an annual awards ceremony to show our appreciation to our employees. The Hobsons Achievement Awards is a fun celebration where we recognize our employees for their hard work and dedication to upholding the mission and vision to bring learning to life.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hobsons (Cincinnati, OH) in April 2018.
The interview consisted of a few steps, a phone interview with the recruiter followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. After the phone interviews, there was an on-site interview that lasted about two hours, including 1:1 and panel interviews.
